Dalhousie location was my favourite place to go. Today I see it is no longer a place to go for good coffee and quiet conversation or to relax. Blaring music is not conducive to conversations, nor is it relaxing. Now, it is like every other Place. now I am on the hunt for a coffee house where you can actually have a conversation without shouting. Too bad, I liked your coffee, but when it ends up in the garbage before it is even half finished, not worth it.

Fast service for my morning coffee.

A five dollar small latte is bloody expensive.

Unfriendly service, dried out pastries, and loud clientele in a small space. Not going back. I-Deal coffee and Das Lokal are a block away, and where we’ll be taking our business from now on.

In this coffee lover's opinion, this is by FAR the best coffee chain in Ottawa. Their espresso blend, which you can buy, is absolutely divine.

Nice, less crowded downtown location to meet on the edge of the Byward Market.

Cozy, comfortable, relax ambiance typical of all Bridgehead coffee houses. One pending improvement at that location: some furniture's fabric is stained/dirty - should be replaced.

This is my grab n' go! It is definitely one of the smaller bridgeheads, with few outlets, so its not my first pick in terms of studying. But it has the great bridgehead coffee and goodies! :)

I like the place but the 5$ hot chocolate was not all a good hot chocolate... Just Sugar taste.

Staff and service was excellent. I was a little disappointed with the coffee selection; no Ethiopian. They suggested to try the "Honduran roast", stating that it is rich, bold and chocolatey. Disappointment again; just as bitter as every other South American bean. Sorry guys, nothing beats Ethiopian coffee.

Great coffee, fair trade, smooth. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delicious sourdough bread loafs to buy. Recommended to all coffee lovers. Their sandwiches and lunch fair is well balanced.

The staff are just fantastic. They are genuinely friendly and a pleasure to interact with.The product is consistent and excellent.The store is well-kept and provides a nice ambience.I wish I could open a Bridgehead LOL.

Best espresso in Canada! Probably not but this is the best I could find on my 2-weeks trip cover Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. I bumped into this place by accident while exploring the nice neighbourhood just behind the Cathedral. The Café looks like a property agent from outside but it was a nice smell of coffee in the air that took me in. It was simple, clean, friendly atmosphere inside. My espresso was strong, intense, aromatic with earthy taste. Totally recommended.

Love the loLove the local touch and the cozy feeling you get when onside, especially Christmas time and festive mood of people really changes a persons whole persona. Little pricey but its local and its vital we support our small business ventures and in this case SUCCESS STORY!

Bridgehead has been a haunt of mine for years, but recently it seems the coffee is pricier and the premade food is just not up to par (black bean burrito was super mushy and as hot as napalm). The sandwiches are decent, but dag if the price hasn't shot way up the last few years. It's good for a quick coffee, but I can recommend it for eats much. There are other, less expensive options.

Progressive, comfortable coffeehouse atmosphere. Excellent coffee - best in town in a very urban, clean location. Highly recommended as one of Ottawa's best franchise coffee shops.

Best coffee in town, friendly staff, good service

Good coffee, friendly staff and nice patio. My only issue is with the wifi signal not reaching most of the patio and with CoviD that's the only place to sit.

Coffee is still pretty good and service in this location is good but the seating is tired, old and dirty.

I usually love Bridgehead but this one has stale food, they don't seem to make drinks properly and the bathroom smells like curry. Other locations usually have great service and good gluten free options.
